Lonesome rodeo clown doll with her jeans slouched low,
red dust rusting her black Vans.
Cigarette like a punchline
dangling
from a pout in the shape of her ex-girlfriend’s name.
Grease paint tears likely never going to wash off and that’s how she likes it.
Bombshell in a barrel,
striptease strutting over your horned problems.
Open arms for all the rock-bottom babes
crying over toilets
while she holds back their hair.
She doesn’t believe in right or wrong, just what feels good
and that can be very beautiful—
for a little while.
