I will come to you in droves,
I will come to you as a vision
at night, I will come to you
sort of mystically, like a hot
red apparition, like a found
molecule or a faulty scald.
My burn, your burn, our burn.
It will come to you in the night.
It no longer matters what morning sun
you wake up to now, what charred red
beams come to you through the shades,
because now, I have my own
blackout curtains
choking this room’s bones.
I will come to you cut
as stone, bleeding out
in shade.
You will not see in,
the glowing ruby triangular
in shape,
ruby red phantasm.
You will only see me
if I choose to come to
you.
